Cricket scores

Last night I saw Hertha BSC in the first qualifying round of the UEFA Cup against Nistru Otaci of Moldova. They qualified via the Fair Play League (there's a rant on that coming soon).

Hertha won 8-1, and I think that that was the highest scoring game I have ever been present at. Frankly, it was dreadfully boring.

So, footy fans, what is the highest scoring game you've seen? Was anyone at Man Utd's famous 9-0 win over Ipswich in the mid-nineties? Or Liverpool's 8-0 mashing of Besiktas last year? Or Middlesborough hammering Man City 8-1 at the end of last season?

Tell us about your cricket score experiences. I feel like a bit of a freak for being so bored by nine goals. Please justify my boredom!
