Well one thing they have is common is that they are both easily despisable human beings.

I've never really noticed Domaneches grey hair and black eyebrows before, probably as they're not quite as pronounced as Darlings are.

Still, i see your point. Given a bath and a good haircut and they could very easily be the same person.
